Do you do native mobile apps?

Yes. We've shipped a native Android app for Caribbean Breeze, and we also build PWAs (progressive web apps) that install to the home screen and behave like native — IslaTodo is one of those. iOS, Android, and PWA all on the table depending on what fits the project.

What if I want changes after launch?

Two options: pay hourly ($150/hr) for one-off updates, or take the $400/month maintenance plan which includes a monthly improvement sprint. Most clients pick monthly once they realize how often they want tweaks.

How does payment work — upfront, milestones, or net-30?

50% upfront to lock the slot, 50% on launch. For projects over $10k we split into 25 / 50 / 25 (kickoff, midpoint, launch). We don't take payment until you've signed off on the previous milestone.

What if I don't like the first draft?

That's why we ship in 2–3 day cycles. You see real working pages — not Figma — every few days, give feedback early, and we adjust before sunk cost gets painful.

Can you add AI to my existing app, or only new builds?

Both. Adding a Claude assistant or workflow to an existing product is one of our most common projects (the AI Integration tier).

How long is the waitlist?

Typically 2–4 weeks from contract to kickoff. We accept 2 new clients per month — book a discovery call to lock a slot.

Where are you based, what timezone?
